Frankly speaking, i know him quite late compared to other members of Shinhwa. I know Eric first from Spy Myung Wol... From Eric, i get to know Shinhwa...and coincidently, when i was wondering who are Shinhwa, the series of Cheer Up Mr Kim started. I watched the series without any expectations..only want to get to know another member of Shinhwa which is our oppayam. But the series were going too well. Kim Taepyung's image is really fascinating. I started to watch Kim Tae Pyung even more. From the series, i started my search about Kim Dong Wan oppa. i found out that his personality is not too different from Kim Tae Pyung. it's not that i love Kim Tae Pyung...but seeing he is no different from a kind-hearted person makes me fall in love Kim Dong Wan oppa. from the searches that i've done, i found out that the personality of our oppayam is really amazing.
From what i saw, watched, and read about our Mr Kim, it can be said that he is totally not a high-class lifestyle kind of person even though he has some pride for being famous (he has BMW as his car...he drove the car to the venue where he performed...doesn't it look like he want to show off a little to his fans??hehe~~). forget about that, we'll move on with his good personality. from articles, there are many compliments towards him. even netizens approve him as a kind-hearted person. That all proven from his donation towards the needy. Even got many awards because of that. I guess because he himself is not from a rich family. I believe him when he said that he is the only one child (there is rumour said that he has a younger brother). He comes from a broken family where his parents are divorced. He stays with his mother and from what i know, he is a filial son to his mother because he gives money and presents to her. Well, it does not shown publicly about his duty as a son but we can assume he'll do that since he is the only son that his mother can depend on.
Despite his goodness, he still naughty in my eyes. He always make jokes that sometimes irrelevant and only can be understand by him. In addition, he is also known as ero-wan. Wonder why? Because he keeps doing something will lead to 19-R. Sometimes,his lame jokes are 19-R which cause more awkwardness but, people do not hate him because of that. For some reasons, this personality is acceptable. It is not something hateful,instead i find it cute. For me, he is being honest in showing himself. Maybe there are people said that he is faking,but to me..he is not. I can't forget what he did to Andy in Shinhwa's concert. He touched Andy's (chilly?banana?)..HAHA!! Can't stop laughing after watching that. Most of the fans did not say that it was not appropriate,instead it showed how close their relationship is.
